For those of you that missed that now-famous 4th-quarter drive by Eli Manning and that Giants offensive attack in Super Bowl XLII, you missed one of the greatest plays I’ve ever seen. I’m not just saying that because I’m a New York guy. If you missed the play, take a look for yourself.
By the way, when you play the video clip highlight, you have to sit through a 30 second commercial, but the play is worth the wait even if you’ve already seen it 10 times. This 32-yard reception by David Tyree thrown by the scrambling Eli Manning was the key to this Super Bowl XLII victory. If Manning didn’t connect on this play, the game would have taken a turn for the worst.
