Below are the Players On The Rise & On The Decline entering Week 15. Because trading and add/drops are probably locked down in most leagues, the players below will be players that you may, or may not, believe in heading into Weeks 15 and 16 of your 2008 fantasy football playoffs. We also have a "Dynasty Corner" section below for all you dynasty owners out there.

Kevin Walter | WR HOUKevin Walter has scored five touchdowns in his last seven games, and in Week 14, the Texans’ No. 2 receiver pulled in six balls for 146 yards and 1TD. Count on Walter moving forward, he is playing some consistent football! |

Ronnie Brown | RB MIARonnie Brown ran the ball 16 times for 70 yards in Week 14 against the Bills. Brown also added two receptions for 18 yards, but overall, this was a major disappointment for those banking on a monster outing. Well, don’t worry about Brown in Weeks 15 and 16… The Dolphins are playing tough football right now and they face the 49ers and Chiefs in the final two fantasy contests. The Chiefs are just about the worst rushing defense in the league and the 49ers are no better than middle of the pack against the run. Start Brown with confidence down the stretch and don’t get creative with your line-up decisions in the final two weeks… Brown should not be on your bench. |

Willie Parker | RB PITFWP had a rough Week 14, rushing for just 25 yards on 12 carries. Well, things won’t get any better for Parker in Week 15, as he goes up against a mean Ravens defense. Obviously someone like Pierre Thomas is a better start than FWP in Week 15… not sure if one of the players on your bench is a better option than Parker in Week 15? Get on our Fantasy Football Forums and get some advice from our growing FFX community. If FWP is your flex option next week, consider players like Hines Ward, Lee Evans, Steve Breaston and Anthony Gonzalez better options. Parker, if healthy, should be a solid start in Week 16 against the Titans. The Titans are solid against the run, but there is a big difference between the Ravens and the Titans. |

Is Lance Moore a No. 1 fantasy wide receiver of the future?(Written Just Before Week 14) Absolutely. This guy has really taken advantage of an opportunity and in the process has established himself as a must start each week. With four games left he’s been targeted 90 times with 59 catches good for 739/8 on the year. With Drew Brees chucking the ball almost 40 times a game there are plenty of chances for he, Marques Colston and Reggie Bush. He has scored in his last five games producing 398 receiving yards and 6 TDs. His 19 red zone targets this year place him among the leaders in the NFL, just behind Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin (24 apiece) and Andre Johnson (22). With that high a trust factor, he won’t be forgotten by his QB and I would not be surprised to see the Saints sporting a pair of receivers next year in the top 15.

Does Your Dynasty League Still Allow Trading? If your dynasty league still allows trading, go attack these guys via trade while their values are low: Joseph Addai – I know I said this last week… to go get Addai before his Week 14 outing, but I’m going to say this every week until it is too late. Addai was a total bust in Week 14, rushing the football just 10 times for 26 yards, but that is a great thing for those that were not able to grab Addai on the cheap last week. The Colts runner might actually be even cheaper this week! Addai is a top 5-7 fantasy running back of the future, do not let his recent struggles keep you away. Addai faces the Lions and the Jaguars in Weeks 15 and 16 — If healthy (monitor his shoulder), he will perform well in the final two weeks and soon he will not be a bargain via trade. Marshawn Lynch – Like Addai, Lynch has been on our "Trade For" list for a couple of weeks now. He continues to struggle, which doesn’t scare us away, it just makes him cheaper. Lynch is a stud and a top 5-8RB of the future… just like Addai. If you do not own Lynch in your dynasty league, go after him. His 31-yard performance this week might frustrate fantasy owners into trading him at second-round value.
