OK u all i live in iowa and saw r man Greene on the field how rare to see iowa beat no.3 penn state but back to the point. in my prospective if greene would have been on one of the bigger schools like texaas he would have wonn the heisman but of course the man that has 100 yards runnin every game of the season derserves it! im not just sayin that cause he was on the hawks but he cruised through the penn state defense like they were pretzals

I think he could be better. Not necessarily better as a rookie, but about equal. I just see him having a huge future in this league if he gains the weight.

Yes, Jacobs has top 10RB potential for sure. Grant will have GREAT value this year as well. Both are great names to toss out, Scorpion! Jacobs in particular is the perfect RB2 to grab next year if you're going WR in the 2nd.

Just an opinion, but I believe B.Jacobs could be a top 10 RB in 09'. Mainly believe it if either Ward or Bradshaw get signed somewhere else, and Burress doesn't return to play. I also feel R.Grant will be among the top 12 in rushing/TD's, as the Packers A.Rodgers starts to keep defenses even more honest.

Smitty, that Pierre sandwich comes au jus!

These articles are great. Can't wait to see the bouce-back article. I think that will help alot of owners stuggling on which players to target via trade.

FarFromHome: Glad you liked it! I'll take a Pierre Thomas sandwich now, why wait? :)

Hawk12: You want "comeback player" breakdowns? Check out my team in our ongoing Expert Mock Draft lol, I've collected the entire gang of disappointing studs from 2008.

My team So Far (and breakdowns on each player attached):
QB1: Peyton Manning
RB1: Michael Turner
RB2: Joseph Addai
RB3: Larry Johnson (bench)
WR1: Braylon Edwards
WR2: TJ Houshmandzadeh
WR3: Santonio Holmes

We will have a bounce-back article soon enough, but that should feed you with some of that type of content, as I have a write-up for each selection of ours.. the rest of the comments are by each Site for their picks.

This list seems to really be looking for value players. I would like to see some comments on injury comeback players. For value purposes...

Kevin Curtis, early season hernia and was rebounding towards the end, should be fine in '09 and a rather late pick.
Previous injuries guys like Ronnie Brown still on the mend should improve.
I would also include Addai, not only because he was dinged up, but the O-line was beat up bad early.

These are proven some of players that will carry significant value going into '09, IMO. Who else would you look to?
