Somewhere in the offseason I read something regarding Ronnie Brown's potential in 2009, but I specifically remember the phrase "do not reach for him in upcoming drafts" and trade for R.Brown like he's a "must own". Those two phrases prevented me from drafting R.Brown in the 2nd round, and if I did pick him up it was in the later part of round 3. Whether or not Brown finishes as a top 10 RB is irrelevant to me, as having owned him last year, believed that he was on his way to being a committee RB, so I am happy with not having grabbed him up yet. As his value continues to decline during the first few weeks of the season, while people try to upgrade to the likes of S.Slaton, it's looking like a way to buy low on a guy who's stock could be very up and down in 2009.
