Tennessee Titans v Seattle Seahawks

Chris Johnson, a runner some may have benched last week in frustration, finally had that elite outing. In Week 7, CJ2K ran the ball 18 times for 195 yards with two touchdowns. I’ve been pretty consistent on the CJ2K issue this season… if you drafted him in the first-round, you had to ride the wave out. If you benched him, well, benching your first rounder, struggling or not, is never a good idea. Selling low wasn’t a good option either heading into Week 7, and now, if you own him, you have to ask yourself the question: Is it time to sell-high on CJ2k? Yes, and no. Yes, if you can get what he is worth, or even close. If you can’t get even high-end second-round like talent out of him, why sell? Since he has disappointed thus far, you’re most likely needing a home run anyway to save your season, right? So, trading into a less home run like option won’t get you into the playoffs. Now, if you can trade into an underrated Julio Jones using CJ2K, even if you have to give up a touch more, I say go for it. Or, try and get an underrated Cam Newton along with a C.J. Spiller type player in some sort of bigger 2-for-2 type deal! Need advice or ideas? Jump on the FFX forums and get some help!
