Welcome back Danny Amendola! As crazy as it sounds, this guy may be available in a lot of leagues right now, so check that wavier wire like no other this week!. His clavicle injury really disappointed Amendola believers earlier on this season, and he was cut in all kinds of ways after that early-season departure. Well, he is back, and he is as good, and as tough, as ever. Amendola made a big-time impact in his Week 10 comeback outing, pulling in 11 passes for 102 yards (in his team’s tie with the 49ers). Amendola was targeted 12 times, and he pulled in 11 of them. If you didn’t watch the game, what you don’t know is that in overtime, he pulled in a 79-yard touchdown catch, but it was overturned due to a penalty. He was looking at 180+ and a score on double-digit receptions before the play was called back. Insane. Those that own him, but that didn’t watch the game, well, they won’t know this, so he is a good trade target this week – take a stab at acquiring him, and get on the FFX forums and get some trade advice! Is Danny boy a risky player to send out onto the field on Sundays? Sure, the dude just can’t stay healthy. That said, he is worth the risk, as he is a strong fantasy WR2 already, right out of the gate; he can pull in 8-10 receptions during any given week. Even during a bad yardage week, where he may pull in a mediocre 50-60 yards, the guy somehow gets 6-8 receptions to go along with it!
