I realize FFX’s own George Rev just wrote a spotlight on Brown, but it’s an important week for those still in the playoffs, and Brown is one of the most talked about fantasy football rushers heading into this Week 15. So, if you own Brown, you have yourself a dilemma, right? I say no. I realize he had 12 carries for 6 yards last week, but it’s important to keep in mind that the Bucs rank No. 1 against the run this season, and that Week 14 contest for the Eagles just didn’t leave much room for a running game. Brown has a much better match-up in Week 15 against the Bengals (22nd against the run in 2012). I own Brown in four leagues, and I am starting him in all four. That includes a league where I own Alfred Morris and must decide between he and Brown – I am going Brown. Look, I’m not going to sit here and say that Brown is a lock to do anything at this point. Heck, he is one fumble away from not coming back into a game. A poor Week 14 performance, fumbles, McCoy’s cloudy comeback status, there is a lot to not like here. That said, I think the pros crush the cons, at least when it comes to Weeks 15-16. It’s important to keep in mind that Brown, prior to last week’s dud-of-a-game, is coming off 169- and 178-yard outings, where he scored a touchdown in each. I’m expecting 120 total yards and a score in Week 15… you? Get on the FFX forums and talk Bryce Brown!
