Greg Jennings has disappointed fantasy owners for most of the season…well until the past two weeks. Jennings can’t be really blamed for this however, as he’s been battling a tough groin injury the whole year. Don’t forget about how talented this guy is though, he’s had at least 900 receiving years his 5 previous seasons to this year. Jennings has said that he probably won’t be a Packer next year, which might actually help his fantasy stock, as the Packer’s receiving core is young and deep, and Randall Cobb has done a great job of filling in for Jennings. It’s a possibility that Jennings could end up in Miami as the clear cut #1 receiver with 2nd year QB Ryan Tannehill, and back under previous offensive coordinator Joe Philbin. If this is the case Jennings could pick up the offense quicker, and make a serious fantasy impact sooner. Jennings will probably slip down most 2013 WR draft boards because of his injury plagued year, but could return to being an elite receiver. Jennings has shown what he can do when healthy the past two weeks posting 3 touchdowns, 15 catches, and 165 yards. Don’t overlook Jennings next year, as he will be poised to prove he can be a big time receiver again, and will subsequently return to fantasy glory.
