Aaron Dobson is flying under the radar but has improved every year in college. He’s got some physical concerns with injuries but if his hip, ankle and knee check out Dobson will be a second or third round gem in the NFL Draft.
His college production was limited due to the talent he had throwing to him and he’s still a bit raw. He has good speed, not elite speed; allows some balls to get into his body; needs to refine his underneath routes; and get stronger to maintain blocks (don’t they all).
On the plus side is his size; athleticism; burst into and out of his breaks; strong hands; and body control. With a decent quarterback throwing him the ball he will outperform his draft slot. Dobson is a top ten talent at the receiver position and a threat in the red zone.
In dynasty leagues he looks like a second rounder at this point. In redraft leagues, depending on where he goes he might be a WR5 who emerges half way through the season or it may take him a year to make an impact.
