Jordan Reed

Jordan Reed is a smaller tight end who often draws comparisons to and may be used similarly as Aaron Hernandez in New England. He can line up in-line, as a receiver, h-back, and even running back; is athletic; elusive after the catch; good open field runner; runs good routes and has a second gear.

He played a lot of different position in college; recruited as a quarterback he also player wide receiver, running back before becoming a tight end, so he is still learning the position.

He needs to get stronger and add some bulk; must learn to block better (most do); and seems to take plays off if the ball isn’t coming his way.

He looks to be a third/fourth round pick in the draft but it will take a few years for him to impact. Still he’s a versatile pass catching tight end who may be worth the wait. In dynasty drafts he’s a fourth round pick at best if you have the roster space to carry him for a couple of years.
