When replying to a message, I used to click on the “quote and reply” tab, and now it just brings up an area to post, without the “quote”. What is wrong here?

Works for me. Try clearing temp internet files and cookies from your browser.

Works fine for me as well. Anyone else having issues? As X said, clear your cache and see if that fixes it. Sometimes that does the trick if the forum has had any upgrades and your using a browser that you haven't used in a little while. Keep us posted.

Still not working, but I suspect it's because I upgraded to IE8.

I know that upgrades, on our end or with your browswer, can cause glitches. Not sure why, but it just does. I'll look into it, but the fix has always seemed to be resetting all cache, history, etc.

I had to go back to IE7, I don't think IE8 is compatible with the quote” button.

Microsoft once again launched a new browser that's not backward compatible. Before downgrading from IE 8 try clicking Tools-> Compatibility View. This will make IE relax it's behavior and hopefully will resolve browser issues. Of course, the best thing to do is run Opera, FireFox, Chrome…Pretty much any browser except IE.

Everything appears to be working now via IE8…if I have any more issues, I'll just use Opera.
