that’s reasonable, except that if you have a few potential QBBC’s (i.e. chicago, NYJ, Arizona), then you would need 6 QBs just for those 3 teams. I’m certainly not against the idea though.

I don't like the idea of changing some of the rules after the draft. Just leave things the way they are. It will be fine.

yeah, I honestly think we’re fine as is.

We all said “wow, kickass draft, great challenge” due to the uniqueness of 2xQB and PPR.

I like what we are working with, I say we roll with it! :D

I can honestly look at each club and identify a few key personnel who could either explode and win a championship for them or go “poof” and the team dies a slow agonizing death.

I am EXTREMELY eager for this league to get underway. Just know that each night, I pray for 3 things

1) Matt Leinart gets thrown in jail after wrecking his car into a tree while DUI during the preseason
2) DAW gets thrown in jail after wrecking his car into a tree while DUI during the preseason
3) Ben earns his paycheck during the regular season

:D

Hey Question;

After Divola picks, the draft is over. When can I take this freakin' sig off? I just got a new one, with the help of our man Fearless, and I'm dying to try it on for size…

AND SO IT ENDS!!!!

anyone who wants a copy of the draftboard I made for this, along with stats and fantasy point calculations for everyone from 2007, 2006 and 2005 in excel format, let me know

just PM me with your email and I’ll shoot it out. It’s in excel 2003 format, so it shouldn’t be tough to read for those who don’t have Office 2007.

just TDs here, standard DST stuff

it occured to us that the 6 points for kick/punt return TDs wasn’t included in the original rules, so FL wanted to make sure it was coo’ to add that to the scoring

I am for the change to include Return TDs. I assumed they were included in the first place.

We did not really specify the word “Return TDs” under the D/ST scoring.

DEFENSIVE/SPECIAL TEAMS SCORING
Sack = 1 point
Interceptions = 2 points
Fumble Recovered = 2 points
Blocked Kick = 3 points
Safety = 2 points
TD = 6 points

We thus have to specify whether we want scoring for both Kick Returns and Punt Return TDs.

Further clarification: THis means that all players, regardless whether he's on the offense or defense, would be awarded 6 pts.

Am i right? Innocent

Fearless,

are you asking if, say, Wes Welker is your WR, and he scores a TD receiving and a TD returning, does he get credited for 2 TDs?

NO.

You go in and set the option for returns to “TM” (team) only. So if you have New England’s DST, then you get credit for 1 TD. If you have Wes Welker, you get credit for 1 TD. If you have Wes Welker and New England’s DST, then you get credit for 2 TDs.

You’ll notice that I picked Chicago’s DST. It certainly isn’t because of Chicago’s defense, it’s because Chicago DST = Devin Hester’s return TDs. :D

ok, so simply put, the scoring will just be for D/ST. and that if ever Devin Hester or MJD scores on return TDs, it won’t be them who’d be getting the 6 pts but their respective teams. right?
