Hi everyone, this is my first year as commish, but I think I have the tools to make this 12 team (3 division) thing work.  Just need managers.  It's a re-draft (Live Draft) league starting 1 QB,2RB,2WR,2Flex,1TE,1K,1DEF, and 6 Bench.  Draft date is currently scheduled for July 26th at 12:00PM EST.  If we get enough managers before the day of the draft, I will try and set it up for offline pick so that we have opportunities to trade in the draft order.  I am not familiar with the draft order trade so we may not go that route unless I have a manager available to show me how it works.  I've watched it done on the NFL real draft so I understand why it's done, I just don't understand how its done.
