RULES:
1. Offical Start Date/Time: Sunday, April 28, 2008 at 8:00 AM ET (Xtreme Time)
2. Draft Style: Serpentine (19 rounds)
3. Missed Picks : Should an owner’s draft timer expire and he is not able to draft, the concerned owner shall be bypassed by the next drafter/owner. Bypassed owners may post their missed pick anytime during the draft. If a particular team owner gets “bypassed” in two successive rounds without making a selection, the league draft shall be suspended for at most 1 week to enable us to ascertain the concerned owner’s whereabouts/status and seek a suitable replacement if needed.
4. Upon making and posting a selection, the owner/drafter should PM the next Owner with the next pick to notify him that he is “on the clock”. All owners are enjoined to check out the progress of the draft and to post their picks in case it is already his turn to draft but wasn’t notified becoz the last owner/drafter has forgotten to send him a PM.
5. Trading of Picks shall NOT be allowed.
6. Wearing of the Penalty Sigs - Any owner who misses his draft pick or drafts a player which has already been drafted will be required to wear, for one week, the appropriate penalty sig, to wit:
“Missed My Pick Sig” (for those whose draft timer has expired)
