Philip Rivers, boy showed balls in the playoffs.
21 TDs 15 Ints in only his second full year. He got shit loads of upside.

he's been a starting QB for 8 years, yet has only broken 20 TDs 3 times, only once since 2002
He's only broken 3500 yards once in his career
He hasn't done either since 2004 when TO left
His best WR is a RB
someone explain to me why Donovan McNabb is so highly rated?
explain to me what he's done since TO left, aside from miss a seasons' worth of games due to recurring injury?
the dude had 3 games with multiple TDs last season. Not coincidentally, he had 3 games with 0 TDs (not including the games he missed, as usual)

Rivers
Not based solely on his own talent but because he is surrounded by a plethora of weapons….LT, Gates, Chambers and I even like V Jackson. Plus he is playing behind a very good offensive line. Hard not to give this guy some love at this point in the rankings.
