For what it's worth…I recommend everyone to buy low on Steve Smith (CAR) now! Not that I believe in his QB, but he is an elite talent and his value is as low right now as it will ever be…BUY (just don't overpay!)
[he is still the same WR that averaged the MOST receiving yards per game as recent as last year...and he still one of the most targeted WRs in the NFL...although lots of those targets have been "off target" lately]

Yeah, I like buying low on him in full Dynasty for sure. I might not go after him in a 4-6 player limited keeper league. I think he could be had for a player somewhere between Austin Collie and Donald Driver or Hines Ward.
If SSmith gets traded to a team with a competent QB, LOOK OUT!!!

Agreed, Smith is a hold if you have him and a potential 'buy low' if you want him. Test the waters…you may find his owners frustrated.
