What is Dwayne Bowe’s value for 2010 in non-PPR leagues? How does it compare to someone like J. Cotchery?
I am out of the playoffs this year and have been offered D. Bowe but I would have to give up J. Cotchery and J. Charles. My WRs are really weak and I have Mendenhall, R. Brown, L McCoy, B. Scott and J. Davis at RB for next year.
Thoughts? Trade calculator says no.

The trade calculater is set up to evaluate equal number of players on each side. I value him more than Cotchery and I think the Cheifs will draft a rb next year so Charles doesnt have much value.

My team Brees, E. Manning, CJ3, Gore, Wells, Greene, Scott, CJ2, Marshall, Colsten, Jennings, D. Clark, Kaeding and Titans DST 10 team 10 keeper. Standard scoring no ppr.

I would take Bowe in exchange for Cotch and Charles. Charles will not be the starter in KC and Bowe is definetely a big upgrade over Cotch for 2010 and beyond. I believe Haley's system will show its colors, but the question is how long will he take to put his pieces in place. Worth it IMO

If you have no chance this year and are positive about that then I make that trade and get Bowe. Charles is a short term fix.

thought I would bump this thread instead of starting a new one. Is it a good time to buy low on Dwayne Bowe? I have a guy interested in my Witten for his Bowe. I have Celek as my starter.

I would take a chance on Bowe, and would trade Witten for him straight up without consideration. Bowe is stuck on a horrible situation. I'm hoping because the Chiefs have so many holes to fill that they trade him this offseason for draft picks, and Bowe lands on a team like Baltimore or Chicago, in which case he should shine.
He got busted for using a diuretic, not actual steroids, so i'm not worried about his character either.

If you flipped Reggie Wayne for Bowe… no good. If you flipped Reggie Bush……great move.
