Very fair trade, but I would not do it
You're losing the best player, and MJD and AJ are both WAYYYY to inconsistent for me to take both of them for giving up a top 5 dynasty back. I still think AJ is overrated but I might jump on the bandwagon if he ever puts up consecutive 1000 yards seasons in his career. Injuries or not, the bottom line in fantasy is putting up points on a consistent basis and playing every week, and the only guy in this trade who does that is SJAX who is who you're losing

dont make that trade.
you’ll be pretty weak in the RB position if you do.

Dirty:
I don't see much on his roster I'd go for, to be honest with you. I would keep Jackson for sure, I know you want to move him, but you're not getting Value if you do to this team.
If you really want to move Jackson, Counter with:
SJax and Brown
For
Fitz and MJD.
I'd much rather have fitz than AJ, I just think Fitz is way more consistent and in a better offense. I personally would still not make that trade if I owned your team, but if you don't like Jackson go for Fitz instead.
What you should really try doing is trading Jackson straight up for Addai or Gore (maybe those owners prefer Jackson) or trying to trade Jackson plus something to the AP owner for All Day. Those are your best moves for moving Jackson

The second trade is worse.

I would have done the first deal. Reggie Brown has no value. If you can trade LJ for MoJo and A. Johnson, I'd do it!
