The Jacobs owner has put him on the block in my league, and said he's interested in those 4 RBs from my team.  I'm trying to come up with an offer that will basically be one of these RBs plus/minus something minor like a draft pick.  How would you rank these 5 RBs for the next 3-5 years in standard, non-ppr leagues?

I think I'd go Mendy, Jacobs, C. Johnson, FWP, then Bradshaw.  I like Jacobs when healthy, but that hasn't been the case, plus this is the last year of his contract.

Thoughts?
