PPR league. . . Bowe's drug suspension makes me have WR trouble and this guy has Ronnie Brown and so he has RB trouble. . . I'm considering proposing Ricky for Driver straight up as it's a need need sort of thing. We're both in different divisions and the points are nearly equal.
I also considered throwing in Shonn Green with Donald Driver and me giving Ricky and Eddie Royal but that may be pushing it. . . thoughts here. . . . should I go for one or the other?? Ricky if Brown's out gets all the carries or more and he's already getting tons of points??

The first trade seems OK, but if Ronnie out for an extended amount of time you might be able to do better than Driver. I might wait a week to see what happens, but trade deadlines are looming in most leagues. I certainly wouldn't give both Ricky and Royal to get Driver.

As I reread this I neglected to mention this is PPR so Williams value is lessened. .. that being said, and I know a lot of this depends on matchups but generally speaking, what other WRs might you try for, I know it can't be a young stud. .. but I'm fine with someone producing that can help me with the playoff run. . . I have DJAX, Crabtree and S. Smith Giants…. then I have Royal, N. Washington BOWE–DIPSHIT and E. Bennett, so I'd like to improve that no. 4 guy while Bowe is out.

You could certainly pair Williams with a Royal or Smith to go after a WR1 type – that's what I would do. The Brown owner is very likely to pay a little more – does he have anyone better than Driver?

He has Fitz, Jennings and Marshall as well.
I guess I thought driver was the attainable one.
