So I have roster cuts in my 10 team dynasty league on August 30 at noon. I have to cut two players off of my current roster via drops or trades. Who should go? This is a H2H, non-ppr, 6 pt for all tds league. Thoughts on who should get the heave-ho?

I agree with cutting Kolb.  And unless you are forced to carry two kickers, drop Crosby - it'll buy you time to decide which of those young receivers have to go.  If you have to keep the kicker, then I'd cut Taylor as well.

I usually only carry a kicker until their bye week and the drop them for another decent kicker. So defintely Crosby needs to go.

Also, unless you trade Brees or Manning, Kolb is also the odd man out.
