I think you posted your roster in another thread.  I think getting Brady is a GREAT move for your team considering you start 2 QB's and all td's are 6 points and you have ROMO.  You'll have a near monopoly on QB talent on your roster, with Brady, Anderson and Romo.  Simply having them three means other people aren't benefitting from the points they will score, and you still have the best lineup during bye weeks too.  No weakness at what I feel is the strongest/most important position in your leagues format(QB).

I would offer the first trade for sure.  Who knows what is going to happen to Mcgahee, and TG and Garrard are throwaways at that point so McGahee for Brady is great.  

If he declines, I still think Gore for Brady straight up is another trade you can easily make and would jump on.  If he's still hesitant, throw in a draft pick or something and get the deal done!  Your roster is strong and getting Brady is a great move if you can pull it off!!!

After I offered him Fred Taylor, Gonzo, Garrard , he said its close but he needs a better RB.  i sent the offer with Mcgahee but he still hasnt responded.  He might be having second thoughts and I'll email him telling him I'll give him a 4th rounder next year or something.

and yes, my roster is stacked for a dynasty league and it is IMO the best team in the league, but here is my nearest competitor and he arguably has a better redraft team than me (starter wise).

QB- ROethy, Eli,

RB- TOmlinson, Jamal Lewis, Thomas Jones

WR- Reggie Wayne, Terrell Owens, Welker, Tory Holt,

TE- Winslow

bench - Hines Ward, Santana Moss and not much else

Basically, I'm worried because of his damn WRs lol.
