I've been proposed this trade.
Wells and Megatron for Chris Johnson
This is a PPR, Dynasty league, what's everyone's take?

Chris Johnson is a stud.
Not knowing who badly you need an upgrade at WR, I'd say pass.
Wells looks ok now, but hasn't proven anything and is an injury risk.

This is an ironic post:
4 months ago I tried getting owners in 2 different leagues of Megatron and Fitz and AJ to trade them to me for Chris Johnson straight up. Nobody bit. Megatron was "untouchable". Now he's having a bad season and people are doubting him.
I don't doubt Calvin long term, but even with that Chris Johnson is almost untouchable. I mean, I'm almost close to putting him above AP and MJD for the #1 dynasty RB. I know that sounds crazy, but he is younger, faster, less mileage, and has proven the ability to break tackles, make people miss, have good vision, and catch the ball out of the backfield. The only thing he's been missing is red-zone touches, which he's getting now. Lendale White is a non-factor, and now Johnson is shining.
I'm as surprised as anyone by Johnson's emergence, but I feel it's 100% legit. Considering his team situation, he's even more of a beast than we think. You just cannot trade him right now. For anything.

I'm a huge fan of CJ3 and have him in 3 of my 5 D-leagues. Love the guy. Thought he was the real deal before the year and took him 1.4 in a D-league startup….and his value has gone nothing but up.
That said, that's a lot to get for CJ3, IMO, and I'd seriously consider it. I think Beanie is the real deal, and while he gets dinged up, I'm not entirely sure he's any more likely to miss time than CJ3 considering their respective sizes. Once Hightower gets phased out (and he will), Beanie may become quite the PPR beast. I'd seriously consider this trade, but I'd like to see your roster and know your thoughts on winning this year before I'd whole-heartedly endorse it.
My $0.02

that my friend is a HUGE deal…..WOW. If you really need WR help, it may be worth the gamble but it would be real hard for me to give up Chris Johnson and I love Calvin Johnson and I think Wells has a chance to be a top 10 RB down the line. I would probably make every other effort to get WR help without trading Johnson.

Here is my situation
RB
Benson, MJD, CJ3 (That's it…)
WR
Welker, Desean Jackson, Hines Ward, Braylon Edwards
In all honesty, I need another RB… We play 2 RB, 3 WR and a flex. I had Julius Jones but trade him and Witten for Dallas Clark.

Any chance you could get a WR uprgade for Benson and a WR… anybody else in your league hurting for a running back?
PPR – you need to hang on to CJ3 and MJD… and I am real high oh Beanie

This makes it more clear. Really, now there is no way you trade CJ3. Right now, you have the #1 and #2 overall ppr scorers, and Welker is a ppr WR1, and Jackson is a borderline WR1. It's a fair and tempting offer, but you need to hold onto that RB combo until the wheels fall off.
Chuck is right, your best bet is to trade Benson and a WR to upgrade. My advice though, is to stay put. You have to be in a title hunt right now

Has to be one of the most lopsided trades I've seen in a while… Hope your league doesn't have veto power.
