I'm in a dynasty league with ten teams 22 players each and am only 3-7 (8th place) What's wrong with my team? I've made a lot of trades throughout the season and now will have two of the top three picks as it stands now in the rookie draft. Also it's a first year league
QB
-Matt Ryan
-Carson Palmer
-Mark Sanchez
-Matt Stafford
RB
-Matt Forte
-Steve Slaton
-Knowshon Moreno
-Beanie Wells
-Rashard Mendenhall
-Marshawn Lynch
WR
-Reggie Wayne
-Santonio Holmes
-Wes Welker
-Mike Sims-Walker
-Michael Crabtree
-Braylon Edwards
TE
-Dallas Clark
-Jermichael Finley
D
-Saints
-Broncos
K
-Lawrence Tynes
-Dan Carpenter (for Tynes bye last week dropping for Mike Wallace once it clears waivers)

Looks to me like the problem you are having is your RBs are underperforming and you lack a true #1 QB. I wouldnt worry too much as it looks like you are set up very nice for the future. The young RBs you have along with the 2 early picks will be great. I might try to package Lynch or Slaton with Palmer or Ryan for an upgrade at QB if I were you.

12 team, full dynasty: Schaub, Stafford, Henne, AP, J Stew, Mendy, Chester, G Johnson, F Summers, AJ, Marshall, Roddy, Colston, Manningham, Jacoby Jones, Robiskie

Looking at your team
You went young at RB and they are just starting to produce. Slaton fumbled his starting job away and Lynch missed the first three games.
AT WR Sims-Walker took a bit to get going, and until recently Crabtree and Edwards were bench ornatments.
Your team looks better now than it did through the first half of the season or so. 3-7 is about right.

Just a bit of bad luck as the guys have pointed out. I like your team for the future.
Although you don't need to change anything, you might want to keep feelers out for possible 'two-for-one' trade scenarios where you pair 2 of your RB2s for anRB1 to pair with Forte – or take one of your QBs and pair him with a RB to try and land a Brees, Brady, Manning, Rivers type. A Fitzgerald or Andre Johnson would look real nice on your roster. See if their owners are hurting at another position. Maybe take some combo of a WR (other than Wayne), RB, QB or your early draft picks to land one of those studs.

Dude… buck up laddie… maybe you're not gettting the results you thought you'd get so far, but… it is a DYNASTY league and you're in it for the long haul… and I think you have a great future… ya, at 3-7 you don't look so good for the playoffs, but… HOLY CRAP are you loaded for next year… Beanie is starting to make real progress… Mendy will be a redraft 1st rounder next year… Matty Ice will get through his sophmore slump… I wouldn't do much of anything and just watch my lads improve for the rest of the season… you are going to win a few more this year and then you are going to be SCARY next year because you are going to be able to adjust to matchups and set a very competitive lineup every week… Oh did I say… NICE TEAM?
