I don't know that I could give up White in a dynasty PPR league right now, even with the QB situation you have.  Same with the second deal - Royal has dynasty stud written all over him and I'd be hard pressed to deal that away for a QB upgrade.

I like Rodgers and Manning, don't get me wrong, but QB is less important than top end WRs in this setup.  Thigpen is not playing all that bad right now and I'd even look to the wire for some help - or look at some less expensive QBs to get you through.  There's always other ways to get yourself a decent mid-tier QB with upside other than having to sell off guys like White and Royal (or McFadden for that matter). 

I’d pass on those trades as well. Thigpen should serve right now and you can use a pick to grab a QB in this years draft.

I would not consider trading any of your players mentioned…and don’t look now but KC has morphed into a passing team.

These guys got you covered, no way you give up Royal in a PPR and White is looking like a top-5 dynasty WR for years to come.  I think you'll be suprisingly happy with Thigpen and Schaub for the rest of the year.  Tav is right, KC is airing it out with no regard for anything right now and I think Thigpen will finish the second half of the season as a top-10 QB (bold statement, I know!)
