Below is a list of fantasy football players that either have Stock on the Rise or Stock on the Decline. We will make this fantasy football column a regular during the season and we will try and crank out a few more off-season editions as we approach August.

Chad Johnson | WR CIN
Ocho Cinco's stock has been bouncing all over the place this off-season, as he has gone from possible holdout to all-star teammate. Clearly the receiver's fantasy value is back on the rise and he might just be a top 3-4 fantasy wide receiver when all is said and done in 2008.

Brandon Marshall | WR DEN
Marshall could face a suspension this season for multiple arrests, so that alone makes him a risky 2008 investment. Not only am I worried about Marshall for this upcoming season, his poor decision-making has us concerned for the long-term as well. So, where should fantasy owners take the Broncos' wide receiver heading into 2008 August redraft leagues? To me, anything earlier than the fourth-round is too early. If you're selecting Marshall before the fourth, that means that you're taking him ahead of Torry Holt, Anquan Boldin and possibly even a T.J. Houshmandzadeh or Chad Johnson. No way I can do that. Let someone else take the risk in 2008!
