Well, I completed my draft and used a lot of advice from this site. Thanks for the help!
Below is my team. It is a 10 team PPR league (but receivers receive 1 pt per 15 yards versus running backs 1 pt per 10 yards). We start 2 RB, 2 WR, and 2 flex (RB/WR).
Starters
QB Drew Brees
RB Marshawn Lynch
RB Thomas Jones
WR Braylon Edwards
WR Calvin Johnson
W/R Lee Evans
W/R Matt Forte
TE Todd Heap
K Sebastian Janikowski
Bench
QB David Garrard
WR Donte’ Stallworth
RB Fred Jackson
RB Leon Washington
WR Vincent Jackson
Being that we have a small bench (5 players), I am unsure what to do about handcuffing players. I handcuffed Lynch and T. Jones but do you think that I should also handcuff Matt Forte? And if so, who should I drop and who is the handcuff?

No, I would not handcuff Forte. You would have to check the bye weeks of your WR’s to make sure they were all covered, then you would have to be very lucky and not have any injuries.
I’d keep an eye on the waivers for a TE as Heap may or not be healthy and he may or not have to stay on his blocks. I’d sit still for now. Great job drafting!

Thanks Tav. That’s good advice.
I was going to draft Turner due to Smitty’s high recommendations but he went mid 3rd round in my draft before I could get him. At least I was able to land T. Jones in the 5th!

who else is on the waiver wires? I don’t think you need to handcuff T Jones if there are some good options out there to grab. Who is out there? I would go for somebody with more chances to actually play and not have Washington taking up one of your 5 bench spots.

Here are a few players still available
RB's: Ray Rice, Pierre Thomas, Jerious Norwood
WR's: Sidney Rice, Drew Bennett, DeSean Jackson, David Patten
TE's: Greg Olsen, Dustin Keller
What would you recommend? Do you think that I should give up Leon Washington for Sidney Rice or someone else? Would you recommend any other moves?
thanks.

Anybody have any thoughts on this? If I am going to edit my roster, I must do it before kickoff tomorrow night. Thanks in advance for your input.

I know I'll catch flak, but with such a small bench, is it really worth filling two of the 5 spots with a couple of players you hope you never have to start? Chances are you'll never start both parts of the handcuff in a given week unless their team gives them an equal amount or near equal amount of touches. Seems to me if you want to handcuff players it should be somebody else's player's handcuff. Just my opinion.
