QB:  Romo is obviously a stud, so no worries there.  Schaub is a nice backup, but hopefully you won't need him.
RB:  Graham, Stewart, Brown and Young.  You have 4 starters, but none are really true #1's and a couple (Brown/Stewart) are in job shares right now.  Honestly, I'm not high on this group but they have some potential if the chips fall right.  Nice job picking up Hall late to cover Young.
WR:  Holmes, CJ2, Burleson, Rice - nice group and they should be solid all season.  Rice and Jackson should be decent backups, and I am actually starting to think Vincent Jackson could be a surprise this year.
TE:  Shockey is a solid tight end, especially being in that offense.  Injury is the only concern with him

Overall I like your team, but the runningbacks could be an issue.  Have to hope that by midseason both Stewart and Brown start to get more playing time, although I don't see either one winning their respective jobs outright.  Also need to hope Young keeps his job - although with Shanny, that's far from a lock.
