Would this trade be a decent trade for me?          Non-ppr League

My RBs: SJax, CJohnson, Slaton, JStewart, McFadden    My WRs: Holt, CJ2, Bowe, Gage, Crayton

His RBs: APeterson, WParker, JLewis, Mendenhall, RJohnson     His WRs:  Housh, SHolmes, Harrison, JWalker, ADavis

Or should I try for a different reciever?

I'd probably stand pat.  All you really need is for Holt to come back around a bit and your receivers will be solid.  Rather see you keep the depth at RB, the season can be long and that depth can go away quickly.  Those guys are always tradeable down the road if your recievers are not working out.  JMO.

I agree, also recievers are alot easier to find on the wire of Harrison value or better.  I like to keep RB depth for as long as I can, the WR's always sucker me in and I end up losing my backup RB's.

I would not make tha deal. You should be able to get a better WR than Harrison anyways. How many of each do you start?
