No, not imo. Their value is about even and the match-ups favor Ryan slightly from what I can see.

VJax has been spotty, but he's been a good #3 so far, not sure I'd give him up unless I had some other WR depth and/or needed another good QB on my team. Who else do you have at QB and WR?

I have cassel backing up Ryan…Cassel was my number 1 ( !) due to palmer going down which prompted the trade for Ryan in the first place….I'd be left with Camarillo and marvin harrison as my sub WRS…I view harrison as my “handcuff” for Wayne at this point….the annoying thing is, I offere VJax or Chad for Delhomme straight up before I made the Ryan deal for Chad, figuring his value would never be higher due to the 2 td game, the bye, and the brutal schedule going forward, when he refused, I wenmt after Ryan as my next best optionb, now, it seems like just asking for trouble keeping two guys of very similar value on the team, just asking to elave points on the bench….I am thinking it might be the time todeal VJax though, before chambers comes back fully healthy….of course, if he has one more strong game, it migth be time to flip flop him and coles …. I am in a tough division fight right now and going up against a guy rolling peyton, LT and MJD at me this week, so even a TD difference could swing it…I'm afraid the panthers might just run it all over the raiders this week though

Yeah, the thing with Delhomme is that he hasn't really lit up the bad teams this season if you look at his game logs, so I'm not sure he's that much of an upgrade really. It's a close call for sure, just don't think I would pull the trigger.

I agree with the above statements. I would add that Delhomme has another element working against him - Crolina defense. When Carolina gets up by two scores, they rely on their run game and strong D to hold the lead. Steve Smith has been “Mr. First half” this year. Deangelo Williams doesn't get started until the 3rd quarter.
