I was just offered Jennings…..for Ocho. The way Ocho is playing now, there's no way I'm even considering that trade. Especially in PPR. Jennings to this point has been disappointing. Most likely because Rodgers hasn't had the time to throw deep. I do expect an uptick and am hoping for a second half breakout for Jennnings but even he does, I see Ocho keeping up his pace and at the very least, both guys will wash each other out.
I would like him though based on potential but am not willing to give up a whole lot for him.
I have Steve Smith (CAR) that I am more than willing to offer him but I have a feeling he won't take it based on his high aspirations to get Ocho. Looking at his runing back situaton, he could certainly use one so I could sweeten the deal by offering him one, I just don't want to give him too much and hurt my running back corps which, outside of Benson, has been unpredictable and lackluster. (Pierre, Forte, Mendenhall & Moreno)
So….would you counter with a running back as well (which one) or just offer Smith and see what he does?

I would pull the trigger and trade Ocho m/o. This is dynasty, Jennings is top 5-7 dynasty WR IMO. Once they sure up the o-line in GB, Rodgers will once again have time to throw down field to his #1 guy. They are both young with great chemistry and will be a top combo for years.

I would try to go with a rb straight up for Jennings. I think that Steve Smith, plus a decent RB is way too much. Steve Smith's numbers are very similar to Jennings and he had expectations that were just as high. You have 4 good RB's to choose from that all have value that is probably at least perceived higher than Jennings. It's hard to understand exact value without knowing scoring, size of league or starting requirements, but I personally like Moreno least among the 4 that you mentioned. I'd probably rather see you upgrade higher with a package of Steve Smith/Moreno for a higher quality WR though.

Two weeks ago I made a trade in my dynasty league for Jennings. I moved Steve Smith(Car) and Michael Bush for Jennings. I offered it and he jumped on it.
I think Jennings is a top 10 WR going forward. Maybe he's soured on Jennings because of the slow start. Start with offering Smith and if he rejects then try to add an RB and maybe get something else back from him. Good luck!

FYI: I'm in a re-draft. 10 team PPR, 1Q, 2 RB's, 2WR, 1 flex (RB,WR, TE) K & D so a dynasty keeping situation is not in the equation.
And….I'm still staying steadfast on not trading Ocho for Jennings. I did counter with Smith but he didn't bite as I suspected. Not to sure that he would have bitten on a RB for Jennings offer either so I didn't bother. I have tried to shop the Smith/Moreno package in the past for a semi elite WR but being in a 10 teamer, nobody bit so I'm gonna give it a shot with this dude. He does have Austin on his roster and I'm fairly high on him too so who do you think…Jennings or Austin for this package?
Oh and thanks for all your input gents. Much obliged!

dont trade for Jennings. the line is terrible and not giving time to let deep routes develop which is where Jennings excels.
i would rather take a chance on austin. he will not continue the current pace, but i think he will easily outproduce jennings the rest of the way.
