For guys in return yardage leagues who still may be able to land him on the cheap. This is my breakout guy for you. He is going to be a starting corner this year, And is still expected to return kicks. I expect him to produce at least the kinds of numbers as Josh Wilson last year maybe more. This is what I think of him, Am I over rating him?

McKelvin looks good to me. He could be in the top ten DBs with his return yards.

you're not overrating him. I picked him up recently as my DB1 based on his KR and starting CB status.

Well if you two both agree, I must not be over-rating him. And I know he is not much of a sleeper in return leagues. But just figured I would throw it out there for anyone who may not be aware of him.
I missed out on him in one league and and have the bid on him in FA in another league. I tried to get a little too cute with waiting to take him, and paid for it.

Same here.. I missed him too.. He was not much of a sleeper(he was the NCAA all time return yardage leader. i think)and in my league we have several Buffalo Heads scoopin up all of the “decent” Bills players early…

Not if you include Don Beebe and Frank Reich.

Well the word is spreadng quick on McKelvin. I took him in the 3rd round of an IDP draft as my DB1 and then was sent a couple of messages by other owners letting me know that they were about to take him. (Return yardage league obviously).
One of the advantages of drafting him is that even if he is removed as a returner he still has Top 25 DB potential as an everydown CB.
Get him before everybody finds out.

McKelvin will be the #1 IDP in leagues that give at least 1/20 on KR and no more than 2 points per tackle
