How do the positional classes rate this year?
I’ll add mine after a few!

QB: C-, This is a terrible qb class. Flacco is a borderline 1st rder according to some pundits and I think he’s a 3rd rd talent in most years. This class is about even with last year’s, both have two top prospects followed by a lot of question marks.
RB: A-, This is the best RB class in at least the last 6 or 7 years. This class doesn’t have the top talent like Peterson last year, but McFadden is close and the rest of the class is super deep. Jones, Charles, Rice, Smith, Johnson are all possibilities for the 2nd-3rd rds and could be impact players. This class has legit talent.
WR: C+, This class has no clear cut #1 guy and is solid, but unspectacular otherwise. I like Kelly, Sweed and Hardy as big guys with speed, but I think it will be a few years before anyone in this class starts to shine.
TE: C-, Not a great class. I like Davis and Keller as pass catching TEs, but Keller can’t block at all. The rest of the class has some potential, but no one that really stands out. Beyond Davis and Keller, I’m not a fan of any of these guys.

QB: B+ ~ An above average class, good upside and deep. Several top prospects in the first round including Brohm, Ryan, Henne and either Woodson or Flacco. The first two could go near the top of the draft. Henne and Flacco and Johnson could be steals with Brennan and Dixon all or nothing prospects.
RB: A ~ Very deep, one of the strongest positions in the draft. Could produce up to a dozen NFL backs with the top ones having a shot at being very good. We could see 25 RB’s chosen over the course of two days.
WR: B- ~ Above average due to the juniors. No clear #1 but it is deep. Should give us three #1’s and maybe 15-20 starters in time (3 yr WR rule  )
TE: B ~ No clear 1st round prospect but moderately deep. In the end, GM’s are going to look at game film, not combine numbers. Up to three of them will fit into the initial four rounds but there are some playmakers to be found in this group.

Tav and I may differ on some points, but one thing is certain: This is a great RB class.

Discussion is essential. Chaindog, you’ve done your homework. the more you add the better the boards will be!
C’mon you guys…give it your best shot. Everything we say is subjective anyways…beatuy in the eye of the beholder kinda thing.
