mmm…Henne could start as well…going to be some QB’s going early in drafts…

You said it Tav. I can see this 4 year starter being a really good NFL QB that fantasy guys will want to invest in.

All four taken will go a lot earlier than I thought…had Ryan late in the first but these other guys will fly up boards now…each is in a position to start by mid-season…these coaches won’t be shy about putting them in…what chaos!!! LOL

The Brohm pick tells me that the Brett Favre Era is over! Aaron will not have a long leash in GB. Nor will Beck in Miami! Interesting picks!

They’ll use him to beat Michigan again! or “Team Michigan” (aka Miami)

The way the draft is panning out, do we really think the Chris Brown/Chris Taylor and Tatum Bell/Brian Calhoun Era is upon us?

wow.

so some things happened as expected, some things did not

1) DMac to Oakland - no kidding. Knew it would happen
2) Felix to Dallas - no kidding. Knew it would happen
3) Stewart to Carolina - figured it would be Stewie or Mendy.
4) Matt Forte to….somewhere that he would start. Again, figured it would happen. Forte REALLY showed me a lot at the Senior Bowl.

I must say, however, that I am SHOCKED at what the Stilerz picked up. Limas Sweed and Mendy? WOW. What does this do to Ben’s value? What about Santonio? Do the Stilerz put Sweed and Santonio wide and turn Hines into a slot receiver full-time, ala Wes Welker?

I’ll say this much. Ben asketh. Ben receiveth. He wanted a big receiver, so when a 6′4 WR fell to them deep in the 2nd, they jumped. Definitely BPA picking by the Stilerz rather than “reaching for a need”

They must be pretty confident that moving their o-line back to their natural positions will solidfy them, because their O-line looked like shit last year.

On a side note, WTF did Seattle do? What were they thinking? And why the hell did Dallas draft a TE? Do they plan on putting Bennett out wide or something with Witten, TO and Crayton? I REALLY don’t understand the Ray Rice pickup. Guess Cam likes him?

Christ almighty, I have to redo my damn draft boards almost entirely now.

I agree with most of the points. As a Michael Bush owner I was hoping that McFadden would be passed over. I don't think Bush will get his fair shake in the NFL now.

I was slightly surprised that Carolina took a RB. I was thinking they'd go with one of the top OTs that were still there. They only have Gross under contract for one more year.

I don't know much about Forte, but I think regardless in Chi-town it'll be an RBBC.

Not sure I like my 1.02 pick anymore. I kind of like my 1.08 though. Might mess up enough people that I get a good player there.

Eagles are setting up nice for next years draft as well. 2 first round picks now, plus they got a WR that they needed.

What do you think of the Eddie Royal pick to Denver?

All I can say about this thread is WOW you all have been busy. Kinda sad I missed out today but unfortunately had other things to do that took precedence. Can’t wait until tomorrow when I can set aside enough time to read this thing.
