Yeah, I own Addai and now I'll feel a little better if Brown doesn't slip to me @ 1.05. I also think this helps my chances that he does.

QB: Romo, Cassel RB: DWiLL , Stewy, Addai, Fargas WR: VJAX, Bowe, Avery, Knox TE: Cooley, Olsen PK: Folk Def: New Orleans, Washington

We are in the exact same situation. I even like McCoy along with Greenw at 1.05 if Brown doesn't fall to me at 1.05

I think only way Brown slips to 1.5 in rookie draft is if a Westy owner is in front of you for McCoy, or somebody needs a WR and goes Maclin since he is in Philly.

Why was everybody on ESPN dissing Maclin in Philly?  I think it is a great fit.  To me Desean Jackson proved he can run the routes, so they can just send Maclin deep or accross the middle.  Plus they can do a screen on either side.  Perfect player for A Reed.

I am driving the Josh Johnson bandwagon……All Aboard

The owner at 1.04 DOES have Westy! I might try and swap picks with him by trading a 2nd or someting.

There's Gore's backup Glenn Coffee.

Yeah, that confuses me too.  I like that pick for Maclin and Philly.  As far as confusing commentary,  Pete Prisco at CBSSportsline said the Raiders taking DHB was a good pick and graded it a B…uuuuuhhhhhh  okkkkkkkk

I don't know what ESPn said, I've been watching NFL network, they have said good things about Maclin and praising Philly's draft so far. Which I agree with, Because I also count Jason Peters as a draft pick they traded away.

As far as Maclin, I don't think going to Phila. will be good Fantasy wise for Maclin. I think the Iggles love his return skills and see that being his primary role on that team for 2009. With some formations and plays, reverses and screens designed for him. that he will come in for. But like I said Fantasy wise. I think this really really hurt his value for 2009 and probably 2010, see where they are in a couple years before he becomes a primary receiver. Just M/O

I would go Hicks, Maybe Harvin both behind Crabs ahead of Maclin. I think right now fantasy wise.

I think SF reached for Coffee…he's not even a top 10 RB in this class.  F.Gore owners can breathe easy imo.

I kinda agree on Coffee. SF needed to get some RB depth behind Gore as they have no one. As a Gore owner, I was never really worried too much.

Also, this is making PT look even better as all the RBs are getting grabbed and NO doesn't pick until next round. I wonder if HOU is gonna go RB soon…

I think I would have taken Jeremiah Johnson, ahead of Coffee. That is a bit of a surprise, and the first good news for an existing fantasy RB

I was never worried about Gore for some reason. I expected them to take a RB in the second day to spell him but thats about it.  I think Gores gig in SF is secure.  I am glad I sat on PT…he is looking like a good pick for next year.

Do you think J.Addai still has good value as my RB3?

I don't believe Brown was drafted to share the load.  I don't think he even has what it takes to push the pile, so my instincts tell me Indy was thinking more of a durability issue.  Addai should be fine.

and when I said that about J. Johnson. He is not my top back OTB right now.

was just trying to say, how far down the board they went.

Andre Brown, Rashard Jennings, Mike Goodson and Javon Ringer

would be at the top of the list of people that could scare me in the right situation

Are you an Addai owner?   Or really just your gut talking?

I just have a hard time believing that you go for "durability" insurance in the 1st round…definite RBBC (but some RBs in RBBC produce numbers just fine…will Addai though?)
