After the great draft, is CLE good enough to make the playoffs now?

I would say no. I think they will eventually put in Quinn and that will take some time. They might look real good in the offseason in 2008, though.

I agree. The pieces are moving into place and they ran into some bad luck last season with the offensive line injuries. If ownership can stay patient and allow Romeo to keep his job in 2008, I agree they could make a push then.

possible, but not likely this year. I think next year may be too early too, probably 2009 would be the best bet.

They are in one tough division. Give them a year or two. I feel the draft day trade to get Quinn hurt them more than helped them…that #1 next year was too much to give up.

Quinn could very well lead Clev. to the playoffs in a year or so. He is also game proven from college, being in big games. So he could adapt to the nfl faster than expected.
