Now that Kevin Jones is out for the season, and since he was supposed to steal carries, will Forte get the same amount of playing time that he did last year, and does he move up to the 2 spot in ppr drafts?

I dont think it changes his value much. I thought he was #1 in PPR anyways. I would say Forte, MJD then AP for a upcoming PPR draft.

Yea, I felt kind of weird passing on MJD when he fell to me at the #3 spot to get Forte, but I had him last year and I think he will only improve with Cutler there.

The biggest implication for me is who can back Forte up?

I think it actually hurts his value. He is going to be abused now. He had a ridiculous amount of carries last year, and now he will most likely get it in back to back season. I am not sure he will last with the amount of carries the Bears plan on using for the RB spot. The backups they have now give them no chance, but to run him into the ground.

Garrett Wolfe is listed as the 2 RB, but my guess is Peterson will take over that role.

Who knows? I know it's a crazy thought but maybe the Bears could actually use their new stud Cutler. They really need a guy like Bennett to emerge like Colston did a few years ago. There's a fine line (for this year and future years) between maxing Forte's potential and using him up/risking injury.
I think they can keep Forte's carries to a somewhat reasonable level by passing a bit more and/or using Wolfe/the other AP. Several of the Bears players were lobbying for AP to make the final roster anyway so they must see him as a capable back-up.
