If McFadden drops to the Jets now that is huge with Fanaca now there. That left side is crazy.
Very interested now to see where Javon Walker and Stallworth go.
Plus with the news Lorenzo Neal will be somewhere else could really give a boost to some RB. Also with Minn signing that FB I guess Richardson is on the outs also. I really hope KC get Richardson back.

Richardson will make you, and everyone that believes in LJ, look like a genius… without Richardson, LJ could have those real inconsistent games. Richardson has a grip to do with any rushing attack he is a part of. I’m with ya, I hope he stays. If he does, your LJ thread will be hopping come Week 17’s end.

I’m just a little confused as to why Seattle is not trying to keep Hackett in their locker room and not somewhere else. Correct me if I’m wrong. With Deon Branch definitely out for the season they now have Bobby Engram as their #1 receiver. Yeah Bobby E payed well last year but let’s be honest, he’s as old as dirt and could probably croak any day now. Do they actually think that Bobby, Nate, and Obomanu can put something together without DJ to keep those long drives alive? Is it because of the injuries or talent? Is it the money? If it is the $, Seattle better pay him because the way I see it they need him very badly. I guess I didn’t get the memo on this guy, so if somebody would be kind enough to let me know why I wouldn’t want him on my roster that wold be great.

Hackett has not ruled out returning to Seattle. This is more about him seeing what offers are out there. Injury concerns cause him to drop a bit in value, don’t be surprised if he signs a one year deal with Seattle, or some team later, in an effort to dispel those concerns and re-enter FA next year.
There are a gaggle of tier 2 WR’s in this draft…who could be available from late Rd 2-5. Guy’s who for various reasons have had their value drop. Guy’s who could replace Hackett much more cheaply.
Last I heard Branch was expected back mid-season. Some sources mention as soon as week 4 but teams generally wait till after the bye weeks so I rounded it off to mid-season.
