What is up with Kevin Smith? He played only the first series in the game and then Rudi got the rest. Nothing of injury I kind find. Was he injured, or benched? Anybody watch the game and know the scoop?

Kevin Smith was fully healthy in Week 3, but lost most of his carries to Rudi Johnson because Johnson was “feeling it, running and getting it going,” according to coach Rod Marinelli.

I saw him play a little, saw him run into a pile of 49ers. He runs without vision, reminds me of A.Peterson(CHI).

I feel like I could throw up. What makes no sense is 4.7ypc before he got pulled? I mean not to deserve another carry. God, I hate the Lions.

Scorpion..I was laughing when last week you told someone to drop him in favour of the 4th QB, (I still would not advise it) but now you look like a genius! Can you see into the future or what…What’s next?
On a serious note I don’t like this one bit. I have him on a couple of teams and I thought he was money this week. Good news is it didn’t hurt my team, I still won, but concerning going forward with the RB depth.
Haimez, you still got White out of that deal so it’s not all bad…I can’t see them totally giving up on Smith. He’ll bounce back

I'm far from a genius, but I would say I get pretty dang lucky. Like picking up Meachem finally and then Patten gets a groin injury, go figure. Luck! I don't know what K.Smiths value is, all I suspect really is not to trust a Detroit running game. This is probably going to bite me now considering Kitna got hurt.

This is stupid. I think Kevin Smith still holds value later in the year. Why the Lions are giving starting job to an older RB on one year contract when they are getting ready to dismantle the team is besides me. I’m going to e-mail the beat wrighter Killer and see what he thinks. He thinks I am the most annoying Detroit Lions fan, but I don’t care(I constantly bugged him about Kevin Jones also). He will get back to me today and I will post it.

You should include in your email that K.Jones(CHI) previously DET, ran for 105 yards and a score vs the Bears last year, and with Tillman injured, K.Smith really has a chance to do some damage here. (Although I think it's the only chance for this goofy looking RB.)
