Hard to say.  Maybe Mendenahall has been reading too much about himself…especially on this site. 

I'm a big fan, but that was a very good defense that he was going against, and hopefully it was a rookie thing.  I think the news that we read by the end of the week should tell us all we need to know - does he get better or not, does he try harder or not?

It really doesn’t bother me, just seeing if it drops people’s impression of him. I still have him ranked high. I like sending out links like this to drop people in my leagues opinion of players also. Being so early I agree with what Tusken said also, better to guage latter in week. I think they are just trying to lite a fire under him personally.

I think it is a little early in camp to write off Mendenhall. He will have plenty of preseason to prove he can be the goalline man and more!
