At first this was a no brainer for me Edge has had back to back weeks with a TD and respectable yardage. Then I looked at the matchup. The Dreaded Baltimore factor. Indy was worst against run last year. They have improved, but how much. Tennesee ran all over them last week. So basic question Edge or Green?

Not as basic as it might seem. How much will Houston run if they are down? Their def is improved and we'll get a good idea about whether they are real or not through this game.

Edge has a much tougher matchup but it's unlikely that Bal. is going to force Ari. to abandon the run.

Green gets about 17 touches a game, Dayne about 16, James is tied for the league lead with 54…about 27 pg.

This is one of those situations where you spend the week with it in the back of your head going back and forth between Green and James. Sunday rolls around and they put up similar numbers and you wonder why you spent so much time agonizing over the decision. There is no clear cut call here.

James has struggled against BAL as have most RB's. Green is playing against a much improved IND run D. James has looked very good so far. James has had 50 carries. Green hasn't looked bad either. Green has had 31 carries. HOU offense has question marks with AJ likely out. Will this help or hurt Green?

I'm leaning towards James, but like I said they more than likely will put up similar numbers.

Tavs has a good take here. I'd lean towards James. It is clear that Whisenhut is determined to run the ball.
