Not sure who to start> Mcnabb is facing Chicago and Big Ben is facing Kansas City. I am getting different answers from different web sites. Need Help>>

I's sure we can add another twist to this…both could throw 40 times, for different reasons.  With Westy out, I'd go with McNabb.  Ben has an easier matchup but he also has an RB1.

I will take a different angle.

Ben is good for a solid 20 pts/per game in most FFB formats.  If you want that sure thing go for Ben.  Yes, he has RB options but often dumps them off in the flats to the RBs + they help free up his passing game.

If you want to OR HAVE TO gamble McNabb always has a chance to blow up.  BUT he's not at home getting his Campbell's Soup now is he.  He's in Chicago where their DST could always have a good game.
