FantasyFootballXtreme.com has not reviewed all of the third party sites linked to FantasyFootballXtreme.com and is not responsible for the products or services offered by these “third party sites”. We reserve the right to deny permission to link to Our Services from any Website for any reason in our sole and absolute discretion, and we also reserve the right to deny adding any link to our recommend links page. If a Site (or business/company) wishes that we do not use their logo on our site, after mutually agreeing to swap logos, or not agreeing, an employee of that Site (business/company) must email our staff at support@fantasyfootballxtreme. com and have the logo removed. Any Site (business/company) agreeing to join our leagues, contests, polls or other (most often called “expert leagues” or “expert contests” or “expert polls”) must allow “us” (FantasyFootballXtreme.com) to put their Site’s (business/company) logo (and site name) on both our Site (http://www.fantasyfootballxtreme.com), as well as on any third party Site that we may run our “expert leagues/contests/polls” on or through. If a Site (business/company) wants their logo taken down from our Site (http://www.fantasyfootballxtreme.com), or the Site(s) that we run our “expert leagues/contests/polls” on or through, they must contact us (FantasyFootballXtreme.com) in writing via email, with the request to take down Logos/Site Info, and we will remove the logo/Site info from our Site and the Site(s) where we host our “expert leagues/contests/polls”. We reserve the right to refuse anyone the right of participation in any of our “expert leagues/contests/polls” or other Site activities or services. We also reserve the right to remove (kick out/replace) any Site or writer or “expert” from our “expert leagues/contests/services, for any reason, especially if abusive or inappropriate language is used toward any of our staff or any others that may be involved in our “expert leagues/contests/polls” and services.
4. Registration, Forums Registration and Privacy Policy
Registration/Subscribing may be required for the use of certain aspects/portions of Our Services (e.g. In-Season Features). We reserve the right to change and add products, features and services within Our Services and within the product/services that is being registered for.
By registering on our forums, other users are able to send private messages (PMs) to your FFX forum account, which will send you an email from Fantasy Football Xtreme alerting you that there is a PM in your Fantasy Football Xtreme Forum INBOX. By registering with Fantasy Football Xtreme and our Forums, you accept the fact that you will receive emails from Fantasy Football Xtreme when someone has sent you a PM. Users can view other user profiles, so do not include info in you profile that you do not wish others to see. All of the information on your user profile may be made public (except for your email, that is not displayed to other users). Only Admins and Fantasy Football Xtreme staff have access to email address. By registering with Fantasy Football Xtreme and our Forums, you accept that our Admins and staffers have access to your email address for trouble shooting reasons, password retrievals, newsletters (which you would sign up for on our homepage), and other Fantasy Football Xtreme related features, but in no way will we (Fantasy Football Xtreme) sell, or share, your email address with anyone outside of Fantasy Football Xtreme.
Also note that we will not tolerate any abusive language on our forums, and by using our forums and registering for an account on our Site, you acknowledge that we have the right to delete, edit or or alter any abusive post, or post relating to spam, or what we consider spam. We do not allow new users to try and send traffic elsewhere. Note: If your first post, or first few posts, have links to other Sites not relating to our own, we will delete your post and warn you. If repeat this offense after being warned, we hold the right to delete your account. If you do not accept these terms, and understand that we consider that spam, do not use our forums and or services. We reserve the right to delete any post, or topic, or thread, that we feel is inappropriate in any way shape or form, spam-related or abusive-related, and we again reserve the right to delete any forum account, or general account relating to our Site, if we feel that user/account is disrupting the Site and community.
5. Software & Programs & Tools
Any software, programs and or tools that we make available for using, viewing or downloading are not to be copied, redistributed or sold - they are the property of FantasyFootballXtreme.com. You agree that You may not resell, lease, license, assign or redistribute Our Services, or any software, programs or tools, in whole or in part, to any third party at any time.
